First of all, NO-CV helps to significantly reduce the costs of recruitment. It provides real-time access to candidates who meet the criteria you have specified. You will see all the information related to the recruitment process in a convenient control panel. NO-CV uses a special algorithm which performs the largest and most difficult part of the selection process. Our aim is to make the recruitment process 10 times cheaper than usual.

Registration on the app is completely free for talents. And for employers we offer the opportunity to try the platform without the advert publishing function. We suggest you use the trial advert feature so you can try out many of the NO-CV’s features once you have registered on the platform.

No! Your profile is completely anonymous. Only when you find a job advert you like and select the apply function, your contact details, experience and skills will be revealed to the company’s recruitment specialists. Your personal profile will never be visible to the public. NO-CV complies with all the requirements for the protection of personal data (GDPR)

Evaluate your needs and choose the salary range that matches your expectations. Please note that the desired remuneration is one of the criteria of the algorithm. Therefore, if you choose a remuneration that is significantly out of line with market trends, you run the risk of not seeing an offer that suits you but does not fit into the salary range due to your excessive ambition. Or is it the other way around – your goal is to get the job offer that is right for you with a very specific salary? The good news is that it’s up to you!

Yes! The servers of the NO-CV platform are serviced by the Baltneta data centre. The highest security of the data submitted by users is guaranteed by Tier 3 security certificates. Not sure what this means? We make sure your data is taken care of as responsibly as we take care of our reputation. We know it’s very important personal information, so we take the utmost care to protect it.
